Here is my newest design. It is called
Off and On and is available on Ravelry.
It uses 1 skein of Sunshine Yarns Classic Sock and uses texture to form stripes. The stripes switch back and forth on either side so the knitting is easy but not boring.
It is a good size at 52" x 22". This one satisfied my need for stripes without making it too busy.
